Testimonials

We have received so many letters from the survivor’s we’ve met about how much their recording sessions meant to them:

Last week my mother received the DVD you recorded for her and I finally got to see it today.  She was very excited when she received it and called me right away.  She has been looking forward to it partly because it was the first time she saw herself talking on video for such a prolonged period of time and it was her story she was telling.  My sister and her husband, whom my mother lives with, were surprised to see it (as we kept it a little ‘secret’) and commented on how smooth my mother was in presenting her story.  My mother and we, her family, want to thank you for giving her the opportunity to do her story.  She has always talked about something like this and she is so grateful to you not only for doing this but also for your personal kindness, friendliness and professionalism.  From me, I just want to tell you that we so appreciate what you and your organization did for us and are still doing for cancer patients such as my mother and people who would never have the means/knowledge/hardware/time/technical ability to do this.   Thank you from the bottom of my heart! – Louise C.

Wow!  I can’t believe I even spoke in complete sentences, got everything I wanted off my chest and in some sort of logical order instead of rambling in circles.  I laughed a couple of times and when it was over, I noticed that I was crying.  I am so proud of myself for that video and owe it all to you.  Thank you so very much!  — Sandy K.

It’s so meaningful to be able to talk about your experiences and your life.  Especially with someone you really trust, someone you feel like you can be transparent with.  It’s that part that really makes a difference.  – Lisa M.

We loved doing our video today.  The time passed so quickly.  I got to share so much with my friend, who has also been my coach during my illness.  I told her some things that I never took the time and never had the chance to say before.  It was incredibly special.  – Denise S.

Our recording session was a great opportunity to be able to get out things that we hadn’t said before.  We laughed.  She made me cry.  And we’ll be able to have it forever and share it with our families.  And that’s the greatest thing. – Judy G.

I wanted to make a video as a gift for my mother.  She has been by my side every step of the way and I wanted to take this opportunity to tell her and show her how much she means to me and how very, very much I love her.  – Tarshia B.
